E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Naturida GmbH, a dynamic e-commerce company based in Berlin.
As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through email and chat, providing timely, personal, and professional responses that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a prompt and courteous manner
- Keep our FAQs up-to-date to ensure accurate and helpful information for customers
- Translate various texts from German or English into Danish to support our multilingual customer base
- Analyze customer feedback and help us build a loyal community
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Danish and good proficiency in German
- Experience working with customers, listening to their needs, and providing solutions
- A strong background in e-commerce support, preferably with experience using Shopify and Gorgias
- A passion for natural beauty and health products
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities

And, as a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of around €12,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
