Head of Business Segment Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Segment / Performance Controlling team at Innomotics GmbH.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Performance controlling team, consisting of Product Lifecycle Management & R&D Controlling, Performance and Region Controlling.
- Responsibility and coordination of the worldwide Business Segment Controlling, including month and year-end closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow).
- Responsibility for the monthly Liquidity Planning of the Segment.
- Responsibility for Controlling of the ARE543q, including the Headquarter Functions and Region Controlling in Volume, Cost, Cash, and Assets.
- Coordination of product cost-related controlling to determine product line profitability (Wall to wall profitability) and determination of adequate product pricing.
- Coordination and Controlling of the Segments' productivity targets.
- Tracking of adequate KPIs to help steer the Segment performance.
- Ad hoc reports for the Segment CFO/CEO to help increase the Segment performance with ideally digitalized reports.
- Deep knowledge in the different areas of Controlling (Performance, regional, PLM), cash flow, asset management, and balance sheet Controlling.
- Deep knowledge in product calculation.
- Knowledge in Accounting topics (e.g., relevant for ARE closing).
- Steady process optimization and productivity is in your genes.
- You are able to structure information and boil it down to the main points and you can communicate in an effective way.
- Proactive strategic thinking and the ability to efficiently lead the team.
- Deep knowledge in MS Office tools, SAP, Qlik are also part of your profile.
- You are able to communicate fluently in both English and German.
