About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Solutions Test Applications team as Head of the IN SO TA sub-segment. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and sales support functions for the global testbed business, managing a team of 15 employees across three teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global sales strategy for the IN SO TA sub-segment, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage annual global double-digit million (Euro) order intake, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of all relevant global financial key figures, including order intake, sales, profit, and cash.
  • Lead the global set-up, particularly in the four focus regions, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.
  • Drive the global growth program of Test Applications, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement electrification, automation, and digitalization solutions for automotive and industrial test benches.
Requirements
  • University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Proven experience in industrial companies, particularly in technical sales and sales-related job functions, including customer interactions, contract negotiations, and management relationships.
  • Convincing experience in the field of test applications business or comparable expertise.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving international business growth.
  • Intercultural competence and ability to work in an international project environment.
  • Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite.
