Job Title: German- Customer Success Manager

At Assent, we are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our German-speaking customers, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and goals.
  • Program Management: Work closely with our customers to define and execute on their project plans, ensuring successful program delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing regular updates and insights to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
