About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Epidemic Sound. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise clients, ensuring their success and growth with our soundtracking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within client portfolios
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise-focused roles managing complex client relationships
  • Experience working with global brands and complex B2B customer success
  • Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding retention and growth targets
  • Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
