Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Electric Actuators product line, working closely with our international teams to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the development of our Electric Actuators product portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies, driving business growth and market expansion.
  • Lead technical development and innovation initiatives, leveraging new technologies and agile methods to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and manage the necessary resources and skills within the global development footprint, ensuring a strong and capable team.
  • Ensure the efficient development and implementation of new products, processes, and technologies, driving business success and growth.
Requirements:
  • Completed technical studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation, or a comparable degree.
  • Several years of experience in product development, ideally in an international group.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong methodological and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and empower employees.
  • Ability to deal with conflict, assertiveness, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Passion for technical innovations and a willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
