About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at DG timework GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and business development initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition costs, and customer retention rates, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: High energy and motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for driving business growth and revenue expansion.
