Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Working Student Corporate and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our founders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the expansion of our marketing, communications, customer success, strategy, and HR functions.
- Develop and implement concepts, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain project documentation.
- Research industry trends and potential partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Work independently and take initiative to drive results.
- Experience in business development, marketing, communications, customer success, strategy, or a related field.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Ability to work 20 hours a week during the lecture period and more during the semester break.
