At SharkNinja, we're looking for a talented Commercial Lead Business Partner to drive our business decisions and shape our future success. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to provide actionable insights and challenge assumptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Monthly Forecasting: Generate accurate forecasts based on robust data and assumptions, presenting to stakeholders and leadership.

Performance Reporting: Take ownership of all reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

Retailer Engagement: Share analysis and insights to support joint business plans and initiatives for growth.

Business Case Development: Work with stakeholders to develop robust business cases, considering all costs and ensuring returns meet desired targets.

Activity Effectiveness Evaluation: Define success measures for sales activities and conduct post-completion evaluations.

Annual Budgeting: Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to prepare budgets for the upcoming year.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct analysis and provide insights as needed to support business decisions.

Requirements:

Fluent German and English: Excellent language skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Previous Experience: Proven experience in a commercial-oriented role, with a strong understanding of business principles.

Financial Forecasting: Experience with financial forecasting is desirable, but not required.

Advanced MS Excel: Strong skills in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze and present complex data.

Communication and Influencing: Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Team Player: A team player with a can-do attitude, eager to learn and grow with the company.

BI Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau would be beneficial.
