Your Mission

We are seeking a motivated Sales professional to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities with established e-commerce companies, brands, and retailers across Europe through outbound campaigns. You will identify and qualify potential business customers, create individual offers, and present comprehensive custom fulfillment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales opportunities with e-commerce companies, brands, and retailers across Europe.
  • Identify and qualify potential business customers through research and social media.
  • Create individual offers and present custom fulfillment solutions.
  • Consult and negotiate terms with potential customers up to deal closure.
  • Manage complex sales processes from lead identification to deal completion.
  • Be a product evangelist for byrd's vision of fulfillment, networking with relevant companies and presenting at industry events.
  • Identify blockers and opportunities for development for byrd.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a comparable sales position.
  • Proven track record of delivering on targets.
  • Experience selling to senior business executives and large companies.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong background in E-commerce and logistics industries.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Customer and service orientation, with a strong online affinity.
  • Reliability, drive, and team spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and/or German language skills.
