Senior Account Executive

Your MissionWe are seeking a motivated Sales professional to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities with established e-commerce companies, brands, and retailers across Europe through outbound campaigns. You will identify and qualify potential business customers, create individual offers, and present comprehensive custom fulfillment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop sales opportunities with e-commerce companies, brands, and retailers across Europe.
- Identify and qualify potential business customers through research and social media.
- Create individual offers and present custom fulfillment solutions.
- Consult and negotiate terms with potential customers up to deal closure.
- Manage complex sales processes from lead identification to deal completion.
- Be a product evangelist for byrd's vision of fulfillment, networking with relevant companies and presenting at industry events.
- Identify blockers and opportunities for development for byrd.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable sales position.
- Proven track record of delivering on targets.
- Experience selling to senior business executives and large companies.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong background in E-commerce and logistics industries.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Customer and service orientation, with a strong online affinity.
- Reliability, drive, and team spirit.
- Excellent verbal and written English and/or German language skills.
