As an Administrative Coordinator at Tecnicas Reunidas, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in Stade, Germany. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with the HR department in Madrid to facilitate personnel mobilizations, assisting with major registrations and legalization processes, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with HR department to ensure smooth personnel mobilizations
- Assist with major registrations and legalization processes
- Provide administrative support to the team in Stade
- Coordinate with real estate agents for relocation purposes
- Purchase necessary items for the project
- Manage petty cash
- Prepare and send monthly reports to the HR team
- Coordinate with the Site Manager on home leaves and vacations
- Ensure cleaning services for TCF offices
- Support transport-related issues
- Coordinate with agents for permissions and gate passes
- Provide support to employees with family status
- Knowledge of Hanseatic area administrative requirements
- Economic or Legal background preferred
- Fluency in English and German; Spanish a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Driver's license
- Salary based on experience
- Full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
