Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Tecnicas Reunidas. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the HR department in Madrid to mobilize personnel, supporting our team in Stade with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth relocation process for new joiners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR department to mobilize personnel, including date of arrival and welcome procedures
  • Support the team in Stade with major registrations and legalization processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including petty cash and purchasing small items
  • Prepare and send monthly reports to the HR team
  • Coordinate with the Site Manager on home leaves and vacations
  • Ensure cleaning services are provided for TCF offices
  • Support transport issues related to the site
  • Coordinate with agents for permissions and gate passes
  • Provide support to employees with family status, including information and advice on school registration and government formalities

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Hanseatic area administrative requirements
  • Economic or Legal background preferred
  • Fluency in English and German; Spanish language a plus
  • Previous work experience in an administrative role
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Driver's license
