Position Title: Corporate Communications Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the leadership in crafting materials for meetings and engagements
  • Oversee departmental budget and financial documentation
  • Manage procurement and invoicing activities
  • Facilitate departmental scheduling and assist in strategic planning
  • Engage in special initiatives and support onboarding of new team members

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Familiarity with SAP and MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Background in administrative support and office management
  • Excellent collaboration, adaptability, and organizational abilities
