Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-achieving Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients, negotiate contracts, secure orders, and establish new business relationships.
  • Navigate through various divisions and departments of large corporations effectively.
  • Develop and manage complex deal structures and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with middle management and C-level executives from both a relationship-building and sales perspective.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, including both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Maintain a consistent daily schedule for outreach to existing and potential clients through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Keep management updated by submitting relevant activity reports and results in the CRM system, while monitoring competition by gathering market intelligence.
  • Analyze and create reports in the CRM to drive and enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales on special projects, including onboarding, sales enablement initiatives, and cross-departmental objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior Account Executives.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to identify and lead cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with all departments to achieve company goals, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and product development.
  • Source and secure deals from key accounts under strategic Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Guide growth marketing on Account-Based Marketing initiatives aligned with key accounts.
  • Assemble RFP/tender teams upon receiving proposals from key accounts.
  • Strategically map and penetrate key accounts as well as high-potential 'gorilla accounts.'
  • Contribute to team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure the achievement of initiatives, processes, and programs.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices within the industry.
  • Meet and exceed elevated annual sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active interest or experience in music, media, licensing, or video.
  • 8+ years of prior sales experience at a senior level, with a proven track record in selling complex Enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in sales targeting the broadcasting and video streaming platform industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in both German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other relevant systems such as Ironclad and Jira.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative to drive results.
  • Passionate about helping prospective customers grow their businesses through Music, Media, and SaaS solutions.
  • Adaptive and comfortable with change in a rapidly growing company.
