Account Manager (Sales)
Fitch Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our European Team, stationed in either Frankfurt or London. This pivotal sales position involves overseeing commercial partnerships with key banking clients and financial entities within the DACH region.
The role entails some travel obligations and requires the successful candidate to promote an array of products and services offered by Fitch Solutions, including Fitch Credit Ratings, Credit Research, Fundamental Financial Data & Analytics, Country Risk, Industry Research & Geopolitical Risk from BMI, and ESG Products from Sustainable Fitch.

We'll Count on You To:
- Manage your own book of business by developing and growing existing client accounts
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline
- Set up and develop long-lasting client relationships to become a strategic partner
- Become a subject matter expert in the industries you cover and the solutions Fitch offers
- Grow the Fitch Solutions business by persuading and negotiating effectively
- Liaise and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support client needs
What You Need to Have:
- Self-starter with ability to build your own pipeline from day one
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Resilient and adaptable with a positive attitude and a keen desire to learn and grow
- Ability to negotiate and articulate product value proposition
- Proven track record in managing client relationships, developing business, and growing revenue streams
- Sales experience within the broader financial market, leading to an approachable network in the DACH region
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and verbal forms of German and English
