Logistics Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, primarily through acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Represent Rhenus Air & Ocean, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored logistics solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, conduct contract negotiations, securing favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
- Monitor market trends, provide regular sales forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in outside sales, preferably within global forwarding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Germany, including key players, trends, and regulations.
- Business fluent in English and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and drive.
