At Arctic Wolf, we're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Frankfurt. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, and your primary goal will be to identify and qualify potential leads. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and capturing leads through various channels, including phone, internet, and social media. You will also be expected to create opportunities within your assigned region and partner with senior sales executives to drive revenue for the organization.

About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative position is a critical role in our sales team, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you will be expected to maintain a high level of activity and engagement with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and capturing leads through various channels
  • Creating opportunities within your assigned region
  • Partnering with senior sales executives to drive revenue for the organization
  • Maintaining a high level of activity and engagement with prospective customers
  • Building rapport and cultivating relationships with team members and prospective customers
  • Demonstrating a consultative sales approach by creating value-based partnerships
  • Consistently achieving quota

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Passport and ability to travel occasionally
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience beyond college, preferably in sales, business development, lead generation, or equivalent
  • Experience and enjoyment working in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
