Deine RolleAls Outbound Business Representative (Business Development Representative) bist Du dafür verantwortlich, potenzielle Kunden anzusprechen und die Beziehungen sowohl zu neuen Kunden als auch zu bestehenden Kunden zu pflegen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Mid-Market-, Enterprise Account Executive- und Marketing-Team zusammen, um qualifizierte Vertriebskontakte zu generieren, Meetings zu vereinbaren und neue Verkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen.
Deine Aufgaben- Du generierst qualifizierte Vertriebsmeetings und Opportunities für Mid-Market und Enterprise Account Executives anhand der Qualifikationskriterien von Box
- Du führst erste Gespräche mit wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern bei potentiellen Kunden
- Du erstellst strategische Account-Listen innerhalb eines definierten Markets
- Du nimmst Kontakt mit potenziellen Kunden durch eine erste Ansprache auf, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen
- Du arbeitest mit Salesforce als CRM gemäß den Standards von Box, um Lead-Management-Kennzahlen zu messen
- Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit funktionsübergreifende Teams, um eine nahtlose Customer Journey zu ermöglichen
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast 6+ Monate Erfahrung in Sales oder Business Development
- Du verstehst die deutsche Business-Kultur und wie man erfolgreich Beziehungen zu deutschen Unternehmen knüpft
- Du bist teamfähig und kannst gut in einem kollaborativen Umfeld arbeiten
- Du bist zielorientiert und kannst nachweislich Ziele in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld zu erreichen
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Zeitmanagement- und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Du bist gut darin neue Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und komplexe Herausforderungen zu lösen
