Your Role

As a Customs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customs clearance, providing extensive customer services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes for import and export shipments
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on customs-related matters
  • Develop and implement customs compliance strategies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customs clearance processes
  • Stay up-to-date with changing customs regulations and laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international trade, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and German languages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
