We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team at CONDOK GmbH. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading customer service projects within the framework of our documentation process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical or economic background, with a focus on customer service and documentation. You should have experience in creating technical documentation in accordance with S1000D, S2000M, and S3000L standards. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and be proficient in using standard software products, particularly the MS Office package.
