Quality Manager Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager Customer Service to join our team at Europcar Mobility Group Germany. As a Quality Manager Customer Service, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service operations meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
About the RoleThe Quality Manager Customer Service will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure that customer service operations meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer service operations are aligned with business objectives.
- Providing training and coaching to customer service staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Analyzing customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
To be successful as a Quality Manager Customer Service, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as business, quality management, or customer service.
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality management or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
