Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our Partnerships & Value Creation team. Your tasks will be focused on the following areas:

  • Data Management – You will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our internal founder data and processes.
  • Value Creation – You will support our founders directly with business development topics as well as with founder onboarding and education.
  • Partnerships – You will support in establishing and managing relationships with C-Level of our (Industrial) Corporate Partners.
  • Knowledge Management – You will be responsible for own project streams that support the build-up of our very own knowledge database.

Program Overview

As part of our condensed apprenticeship program, you will have the opportunity to learn the craft of venture capital at speed at the heart of Munich's startup scene. The program includes the following modules:

  • Deal sourcing
  • Deal evaluation / due diligence
  • Investment process
  • Portfolio support

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • You are currently studying a graduate (Master) degree with good results at a university.
  • Preferred: First practical work experience in startups and/or venture capital, private equity or consulting is preferred (Business Development experiences are a plus as well).
  • First experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are deeply passionate about startups, technology, and innovation.
  • You are collaborative, empathetic, and communicative - a true team player.
  • You have a high level of intellectual curiosity as well as a self-starter and growth mindset.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German being a plus.
