UK Affiliate Marketing Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled UK Affiliate Marketing Director to join our dynamic team at Raisin.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced affiliate marketing professional to take on a leadership role and drive growth in the UK market. As Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building strategic partnerships that fuel our growth across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Discover New Partnerships: Conduct thorough research, acquire, and onboard new affiliate partners while fostering long-term strategic brand collaborations.
- Drive Performance: Manage affiliate campaigns to achieve consistent, performance-based growth.
- Innovate and Expand: Identify new opportunities for the affiliate channel and implement innovative strategies through internal and external projects.
- Market Expertise: Conduct in-depth market research and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Optimise Processes: Review and refine established workflows, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Affiliate Expertise: 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar field, such as business development, with a proven track record in the UK market.
- Digital Savvy: Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing topics, including web tracking, remuneration models, affiliate networks, and the latest digital trends.
- Sales-Driven: Solid experience in sales and partnership acquisition, coupled with exceptional social and negotiation skills.
- Results-Oriented: A problem solver with a hands-on approach who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Well-Connected: Ready and willing to travel for roadshows, trade fairs, and partner meetings.
- Language Skills: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, ideally at a native level.
You'll enjoy a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll benefit from:
