Drive Revenue Growth as VP of Sales
- Develop Comprehensive Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our CEO to drive ARR growth, identify market opportunities, and set sales objectives.
- Foster High-Performing Sales Teams: Establish a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure sales targets are met.
- Organizational Development: Hire and develop team leaders within the sales organization to set up a second management layer.
- Performance Metrics: Set and track progress on performance metrics for the sales team, implementing strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Sales Operations: Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
- Key Accounts: Lead high-level negotiations with key customers to close major deals with favorable terms.
About You:
- You have strong leadership skills, ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team in B2B SaaS.
- You have proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth in an enterprise B2B SaaS product, preferably in eCommerce.
- You have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You have strong analytical skills to analyze data, make informed decisions, and think strategically to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
- You are proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- You speak business fluent English and German; fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
- You ideally have an academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
