Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager, der unsere strategischen Partnerschaften und Projekte erfolgreich steuert. Du bist verantwortlich für den Ausbau und die Entwicklung unserer Partnerschaften und Projekte in der Versicherungsbranche.
Deine Aufgaben- Verantwortung für den Ausbau und die Entwicklung unserer strategischen Partnerschaften und Projekte
- Steuerung von Projekten in Bezug auf unsere Versicherungsprodukte
- Erste Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder in Bezug auf die von dir betreuten strategischen Partnerschaften und Projekte
- Unterstützung von Entscheidungsprozessen durch deine Versicherungskenntnisse und -know-how
- Leitung von Projekten von der Konzeptphase bis zum Go-Live
- Förderung der bereichsübergreifenden Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit
- Arbeit an der Erweiterung unseres Angebots im europäischen Ausland
- Erlebte Erfahrungen im Multi-Stakeholder Projektmanagement und Partnership Management
- Vertrautheit mit dynamischen Umfeldern (z.B. Startups, ScaleUp oder Unternehmensberatung)
- Erfahrungen in der Versicherungsbranche (InsurTech oder relevante Beratungsprojekte)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, exzellente Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Growth-Mindset und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Fließend Deutsch (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
