Job Title: Senior Color and Graphics Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Color and Graphics Designer to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating compelling design concepts for our SMSU assets and events, as well as managing multiple sports categories and product types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for multiple sports categories, ensuring alignment with adidas standards and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute design projects, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Create color stories and graphic designs for SMSU ranges, adhering to global adidas design direction and customer specifications.
  • Prepare design packs, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with 3D tools to enhance design decisions and create professional presentations.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and support a smooth workflow in the development process.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of art and design, with a clear understanding of visual design concepts and color trends.
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D programs such as Clo3D.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to self-manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level in Design/Trend related studies, preferably in fashion or graphic design.
  • At least 4 years of theoretical experience in Color Design, either through education, studies, or training.
  • 4 years of related practical experience.
