Als Werkstudent im Customer Experience Management unterstützt du unser Team bei der Beantwortung von User-Anfragen und der Kommunikation von gemeldeten Fehlern und Problemen. Du bist zuständig für die Auswertung und Analyse qualitativer Feedbacks und unterstützt verschiedene Teams bei der Gestaltung ihrer Produkte.
Deine Voraussetzungen
- Immatrikulierte:r Student:in eines wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder medienorientierten Studiums
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erste Erfahrung im Publishing, Marketing oder User-Support
- Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von KI / LLMs
- 20 Stunden pro Woche zur Verfügung
