Customer Experience Strategist

At LeanIX, we're looking for a Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience initiatives
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience or marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer experience strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
