About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at MILES Mobility GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and report any system or process issues that may impact customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, and English languages.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.
