Lead Partnerships Manager

Your Mission
- Identify Opportunities: Develop a long-term strategy to identify and pursue high-impact partnerships that drive business growth.
- Win Deals: Proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Grow Partnerships: Maintain and nurture relationships to ensure sustainable long-term growth and success.
- Mentor and Lead: Guide and motivate a team member, providing guidance and support to achieve collective objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth and/or partnerships strategy, or a consulting background in strategic projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to network and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills in German and English, with native-level proficiency in German.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate deals and contracts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Strategic planning and market research skills, with the ability to develop long-term strategies and analyze market trends.
- Financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and analyze business performance.
- Willingness to travel for work, with a minimum of two short trips per month in Europe.
