Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive LCV business growth and profitability
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to analyze market trends and develop product strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure global cooperation and alignment
- Manage and adjust to roadblocks or changes to ensure Hyundai Motor Europe's strategic plans are delivered
- Forecast and discover new opportunities and monitor mid-to-long term risks to achieve and maintain competitive advantage
- Master's Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience with 3 years' experience in a high-level functional management role
- Experience in overseeing and managing LCV business strategy at the European market level
- Proven leader and coach within a global automotive group
- Strong sales acumen and proven leader in B2B sales channel development
