Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) business in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business strategy to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business strategies.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team and developing and executing business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
