Senior Business Development Specialist

Rapid Pioneers is a group of successful serial entrepreneurs and investors who have co-founded and invested in several iconic consumer brands in Europe.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a talented individual to support one of our newest start-ups, a consumer group with multiple brands.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor market trends in the technology and consumer industries and identify business opportunities.
- Be involved in all aspects of scaling the business, from strategy to branding, marketing, and recruiting.
- Take ownership of projects, lead them, and be accountable for results.
- Collaborate with successful serial entrepreneurs with a strong track record.
- Contribute to various areas of the business, including marketing, tech, and operations.
- Develop a network of contacts and business partners within the ecosystem of great brands, entrepreneurs, and investors.
- Professional or entrepreneurial experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment, preferably in a start-up, VC, or consulting setting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a can-do spirit.
- Fluency in English, with German optional.
