Sales Manager Europe - Enterprise Software Solution B2B

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our European sales efforts for our enterprise software solution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex SaaS/IT solutions to B2B clients and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and chemical process industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key customers in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and generate their interest
  • Develop a sales strategy for the European market
  • Actively manage your own sales funnel to close deals and acquire new customers in the European region
  • Receive support for cold calling from our team
  • Initiate campaigns to be implemented by the marketing team using our automation tool
  • Independently conduct negotiations and prepare contracts with the help of our sales assistants
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience selling complex SaaS/IT solutions to B2B clients and/or 4 years of sales experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • A passion for acquiring new customers and closing deals
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in English
