We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager Europe to join our team at eschbach GmbH. As a Sales Manager Europe, you will be responsible for identifying key customers in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and generating their interest in our software solution, Shiftconnector.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a sales strategy for the European market and actively manage your own sales funnel to close deals and acquire new customers.
  • Initiate campaigns to be implemented by the marketing team using our automation tool and independently conduct negotiations with customers.
  • Collaborate with our sales assistants to prepare contracts and ensure a smooth sales process.
Your Profile:
  • At least 4 years of experience selling complex SaaS/IT solutions to B2B clients and/or 4 years of sales experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • A passion for acquiring new customers and closing deals, with strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
  • Fluent in English and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
