Sales Director Europe

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our European sales team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify key customers in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and generate their interest
* Develop a sales strategy for the European market
* Actively manage your own sales funnel to close deals and acquire new customers in the European region
* Receive support for cold calling from our team
* Initiate campaigns to be implemented by the marketing team using our automation tool
* Independently conduct negotiations and prepare contracts with the help of our sales assistants
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience selling complex SaaS/IT solutions to B2B clients and/or 4 years of sales experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry
* A passion for acquiring new customers and closing deals
* Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
* Excellent listening and presentation abilities
* Fluent in English
