Customer Care Role
As a Customer Care Specialist for Westwing Home & Living, you will be the primary contact point for our Danish and Swedish customers, handling inquiries related to their orders. This role involves supporting the establishment of our new markets and driving premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the prime contact point for our Danish and Swedish customers by phone, email, and our business WhatsApp account.
- Process requests about payments, orders, cancellations, and returns.
- Answer questions about our websites, products, and the ordering process.
- Handle feedback from our customers, continuously improving our offering and shopping experience.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the field of customer care.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and drive to provide premium customer experiences.
- Excellent social and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, positive, and motivated personality.
- Fluency in Danish, Swedish, and English.
