Junior Customer Care Specialist

We're looking for a Junior Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
- Continuously monitor and improve our processes and tools to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
