Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Director to lead our EMEA region's business process transformation efforts. As a key member of our global Business Process Transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing future-state organizational capabilities, driving business strategy execution, and delivering business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support global and EMEA projects and programs for business process transformation, ensuring alignment with our global strategy.
- Develop and implement change management programs to drive cultural and behavioral change within our regional organizations.
- Collaborate with our global Business Process Transformation team and regional management to deliver business value and drive top- and bottom-line impact.
- Implement a single, standardized set of operating procedures and drive the adoption of best practices across our regional organizations.
- Support the rollout of our global S/4 Hana program and work closely with our Business Solution Delivery team.
- Build change management capabilities within our business and functional units, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
- Cultivate and mentor our EMEA business process transformation team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale business transformations, with a focus on change management and process improvement.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to shape functional and end-to-end processes, vision, and strategy.
- Experience in project management, tools, and methodologies such as BPM ADKAR, Prosci, Swimlanes, and other communication and visualization tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
