About the Position
The Mitsubishi Chemical Group is a leading provider of specialty materials with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence. We possess extensive expertise and leadership in material science, driving industry transformation and technological advancements.
As the EMEA Head of Business Process Transformation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing future-state organizational capabilities through business process transformation and change management. Your goal is to deliver business value and execute the company's strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and support global and EMEA projects and programs for business process transformation.
- Oversee all change activities in the region, including ERP replacement and other projects.
- Contribute to top and bottom-line impact through high-priority transformation programs.
- Implement a single, standardized set of operating procedures and strategic programs.
- Support the ERP team and regional rollout of the global S/4 Hana program.
- Develop and implement an enterprise change management program to build change management capabilities in the business and functional units.
- Counsel and mentor the EMEA business process transformation team.
Your Experience
- You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
- You have multiple years of experience in digital roles, including consulting and change management.
- You have proven experience in managing large-scale business transformations in a global environment, including implementation of SAP or S/4 Hana.
- You have leadership experience in shaping functional and end-to-end processes, vision, and strategy, as well as change management.
- You have business and industry expertise in the manufacturing industry.
- You have experience in project management, tools, and methodologies, such as BPM ADKAR, Prosci, Swimlanes, and other communication and visualization tools.
- You have a continuous learning mentality and can see the whole picture with clear vision, strategy, and delivery focus to maximize business value.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
