About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future organizational capabilities. This includes leading business process transformations, implementing necessary changes, and ensuring alignment with our business strategy to drive value creation and effectively support our workforce.
Your primary goal will be to revamp company processes, systems, competencies, and data across the organization, working towards instilling new operational practices within regional setups to achieve our future operational objectives efficiently.
You will work closely with the global Business Process transformation team and regional management, reporting directly to the Head of Digital EMEA.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Spearheading global and EMEA projects for business process transformation
- Overseeing all change initiatives in the region, including ERP replacements and various projects
- Driving impactful transformation programs to enhance both top and bottom-line results
- Implementing innovative work methodologies to streamline operations and boost strategic initiatives
- Supporting the regional ERP team and the roll-out of the global S/4 Hana program
- Establishing an enterprise change management program to enhance change management capabilities
- Coaching and guiding the EMEA business process transformation team as per organizational requirements
Your Background
- Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field
- Extensive experience in digital roles, consulting, and leading change management efforts
- Proven track record in managing large-scale business transformations in a global setting, including SAP or S/4 Hana implementations
- Demonstrated leadership in shaping functional processes, strategies, and driving change
- Business expertise, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies like BPM ADKAR, Prosci, Swimlanes, and other relevant tools
- Strong commitment to continuous learning, with a focus on delivering tangible business value
- Proficient in written and spoken English
