Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Transformation Leader to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing future-state organizational capabilities through business process transformation and change management. Your goal will be to deliver business value by transforming end-to-end company processes, systems, people competencies, and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support global and EMEA projects and programs for business process transformation.
- Oversee all change activities in the region for programs, including ERP replacement and other projects.
- Contribute to top and bottom-line impact through high-priority transformation programs in collaboration with the global business transformation team.
- Implement a single, standardized set of operating procedures and fundamental strategic programs using new ways of working.
- Support the ERP team and regional rollout of the global S/4 Hana program, working closely with the Business Solution Delivery team globally and in the region.
- Develop and implement an enterprise change management program to build change management capabilities in the business and functional units.
- Cultivate and mentor the EMEA business process transformation team according to the company's needs.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent through experience.
- Have multiple years of experience in digital roles as a consultant and leading change management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale business (strategy) transformations in a global environment, including implementation of SAP or S/4 Hana.
- Proven leadership in shaping functional and end-to-end processes vision and strategy, as well as change management.
- Business and industry expertise preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in project management, tools, and methodologies such as BPM ADKAR, Prosci, Swimlanes, and other communication and visualization tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
