Head of Performance Marketing

Your key responsibilities will include leading a dynamic team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals, identifying new growth opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure maximum impact.
You'll take full ownership of key performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others, and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns to continuously improve performance. Additionally, you'll oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and lead influencer marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a data-driven expert with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools. You'll also need to be proficient in data analytics and able to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
