Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in performance marketing, with expertise in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Channel & Campaign Management: Take ownership of key performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive maximum ROI.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. Refine strategies, improve targeting, and drive efficiency to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and creative—to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives.
- Fluency in English and German (B2)
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets for D2C brands and international markets
- Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across all important digital platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools
- Proficiency in data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
