We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the global B2C and B2B paid media initiatives at Viessmann Climate Solutions. This role involves guiding a team of marketing professionals to enhance and innovate our advertising efforts across multiple platforms.
Your Responsibilities- Oversee the B2C and B2B paid media strategy, shaping global lead generation and branding campaigns for Viessmann Climate Solutions. This includes selecting appropriate channels, data sources, and audience targeting to meet our marketing objectives.
- Lead a team of performance and programmatic marketing specialists, fostering their professional growth and driving the overall development of the team in both skill and discipline.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Media Planning, Web Product Management, Social Media, Design, Lead Management, and Marketing Automation, as well as global marketing units, to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage global paid media campaigns alongside your team, developing and testing new initiatives across platforms such as Meta, Search, YouTube, Native, Programmatic, and Display, while exploring new potential paid media avenues.
- Refine reporting frameworks and generate insights regarding the efficiency and performance of paid channels, campaigns, and individual advertisements.
- Act as a consultant and resource for all global inquiries related to performance marketing from international subsidiaries and business units, assisting in goal setting and campaign evaluation.
- Administer a substantial budget, ensuring ongoing reporting and monitoring of sales performance through systematic campaign-specific KPIs and metrics.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities, identifying new opportunities for growth and advancement in your domain.
We are looking for someone who excels in self-organization and problem-solving, possesses a proactive mindset, and has:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in online and performance marketing channels, particularly with Google, Meta, and Native.
- Demonstrated proficiency with essential performance marketing tools (such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Business Manager, Google Tag Manager) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in managing and mentoring team members, providing support with professional expertise, empathy, clear communication, and authenticity.
- Fluency in both German and English.
