Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in performance marketing, with expertise in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals, identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing resource allocation to ensure maximum impact.
  • Take full ownership of key performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others, leading the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and lead influencer marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, refining strategies, improving targeting, and driving efficiency to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and creative—to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German (B2).
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets for D2C brands and international markets.
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across all important digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
