Head of Global Performance Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the global B2C and B2B paid media initiatives at Viessmann Climate Solutions. This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals to enhance and innovate our campaigns across diverse channels.
Your Responsibilities- Oversee the B2C and B2B paid media strategy, shaping global lead generation and branding campaigns for Viessmann Climate Solutions. This includes selecting appropriate channels, data sources, and targeting audiences to meet marketing objectives.
- Lead a team of performance and programmatic marketing specialists, fostering their professional growth and driving the overall development of the team.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Media Planning, Web Product Management, Social Media, Design, Lead Management, and Marketing Automation, as well as global marketing units, to continuously enhance campaign efficiency.
- Manage global paid media campaigns with your team, developing and testing new initiatives across platforms such as Meta, Search, YouTube, Native, Programmatic, and Display.
- Enhance reporting frameworks and generate insights on the effectiveness and performance of paid channels, campaigns, and individual advertisements.
- Act as a consultant and support for global inquiries related to performance marketing from international subsidiaries and business units, particularly in goal setting and campaign evaluation.
- Administer a substantial budget while ensuring ongoing reporting and monitoring of sales performance through systematic campaign-specific KPIs and metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and development in your area.
The ideal candidate will possess strong self-organization and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach. You should have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in online and performance marketing channels, particularly with Google, Meta, and Native.
- Demonstrated expertise with key performance marketing tools (Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Business Manager, Google Tag Manager) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in managing and mentoring team members, providing support with professional competence, empathy, clear communication, and authenticity.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
