Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head up our Field Sales Team in Europe Central. As a commercially focused and dynamic FMCG leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong partnerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 18 employees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as a field sales management team of 3 employees.
  • Develop and execute strategic priorities in brick-and-mortar channels to drive business growth.
  • Implement transformation in ways of working and tools to improve team performance.
  • Build a high-performing and engaged team that delivers exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and sales leadership experience, with a track record of success in field sales.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
