Job Description

We are seeking a commercially focused and dynamic leader to head up our Field Sales Team in Europe Central. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong partnerships with key retailers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consumer goods company and lead a team of experienced sales professionals. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership experience in a consumer goods company.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
