Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Field Sales Director to lead our Field Sales Team in EUC. As a key member of our Europe Central Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and excellence in our brick-and-mortar channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 18 employees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and a team of 3 field sales management employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and excellence in our brick-and-mortar channels.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key retailers and ensure excellent execution of our strategic priorities.
  • Lead transformation in ways of working and tools to drive business growth.
  • Develop a high-performing and engaged team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales and sales leadership experience.
  • Experience in field sales, preferably in a leading consumer goods company.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
